DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT Sun Valley Music Festival, the nation's largest admission-free classical music festival, seeks a Development Assistant to support data entry, database management, and administrative operations for the Development team. Primary responsibilities include gift processing and data entry in Raiser's Edge NXT, generating routine and ad-hoc reports, drafting thank-you letters, preparing Board meeting materials, and providing administrative support for donor events, the Annual Appeal, and the Gala. 30 hours per week, non-exempt, in-office position based in Ketchum. Nonprofit administrative experience preferred; proficiency with donor databases and systems including Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office are a strong plus. Keen attention to detail required. Excellent benefits package including health insurance and 401(k). Hours may increase to full time during the Summer Season.
