i am the ketchum traffic tinkerer
a most active and odd thinkerer
sans reason or rhyme
on the flip of a dime
in or out comes a sign
the decision is mine!
once grumpy from gout
i put in a round-a-bout!
but my chef-d'oevre
you may have a-seen-a
are my new cycling lanes
and the howling refrains
as motorists meet
for a chat and a greet
right in the middle
of my state-of-the-art street
