Responsibilities include general maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and responding to maintenance emergencies. Must have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
